Information for Ordering:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

After ordering you will receive two e-mail confirmations.
The first e-mail will outline your order information and the second one verifies your credit card charges.

Most orders we receive before 3:00 pm EST ship on the same day.

Currently we do not have a multiple shipping option. If you have multiple items going to separate shipping address, it is necessary to place separate orders.

Shipping:

All merchandise is shipped USPS.
USPS service takes 2-6 business days to be delivered depending on the state you are shipping to. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship by 5 pm the following Monday. Any order placed on a Holiday will ship the following scheduled business day.

If an item is NOT in stock, we will notify you by e-mail, let you know our expected replenish date and ask how you would like to proceed.

Return Policy

Please click on the following Return/Exchange Form and print it.

Unused merchandise may be returned with shipping invoice within 30 days of receipt.

Returns and Exchanges:

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to exchange an item.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise purchased at dumbassgifts.com.

dumbassgifts.com will credit or exchange merchandise that is defective in any way.

Original freight will not be credited on merchandise that is NOT defective.

If you are exchanging for products of greater value, please provide your credit card information on the exchange form.

Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed against your card.

Back Orders:

You will be notified within 24 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock.

We will contact the customer and advise them of the wait time for the item that is backordered. The decision on how to proceed will be up to the customer.
